Material selection:

high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet.
You can also choose the following materials for custom galvanized and stainless steel.

Material thickness:
Cold rolled steel sheets and galvanizing are conventionally selected from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm.
The stainless steel plate is generally used at 0.7 mm -1.0 mm.

Middlebox structure:
The interior is assembled with square frames and panels.
The backplate is provided with a recess for the customer to install equipment such as internal electrical components.

Top cover:
Elliptical vents are used.
The top cover is stamped and formed by CNC punching.
You can choose round, rectangular, square and other shapes.

Radiator Hole:  
The internal hot air is dissipated through the elliptical vents. 
This design not only effectively dissipates the internal hot air, but also looks beautiful outside.

Bottom mounting hole:
There are 4 reserved holes at the bottom that can be inserted into the cabinet by opening them with a hammer when you don't need them. When you are not using it, it is a tablet.

Bottom
Made from 1.0 mm cold-rolled steel.
Waterproof feet: Due to the electrical control panel cabinet, placed indoors or outdoors, we have deliberately designed a heightened waterproof stand. And better to prevent rainwater from seeping into the cabinet.

Door panel
Optional: 1.0 mm thick cold-rolled steel.
The door panel is provided with a controller hole and a touch screen square hole.
The middle part of the door panel is a special welding rib to enhance its anti-collision performance.
