Screen Window

Yishang has 23 years experience in sheet metal fabrication, aim at saving cost for customers and provide convenience to customers. A TV LCD screen is installed here, mainly used to display flight information. We adopt embedded design, which can open the door panel at will. When installing the LCD, devices can be installed inside by opening the bounce lock. When you close the door panel, the door panel is flush with the housing surface, keeping the housing surface smooth and beautiful. Window hinge: high strength hinge and anti-loosening design, door panel will not affect the normal opening, easy to open and close.

 

Galvanized Steel Support

Yishang manufactures all kinds of metal box and metal cabinet since 1996.  It is made of 3.0mm galvanized sheet with semicircle design to enhance the bearing capacity of the metal housing. We suggest to use 2.0mm - 5.0mm thickness galvanized steel to ensure the structure is firm as the housing is large. Meanwhile, the support can be used 1.0mm - 3.0mm 201 stainless steel, but the cost will be more expensive than the galvanized steel.

 

Curved Aluminum Panel

Yishang is skillful in all kinds of metal fabrication technology such as precision plate rounding for large steel box. Material: 2.0mm aluminum plate. Surface treatment: matte white powder coating Before the powder coating, it is necessary to check that the workpiece is not damaged or dropped. During the quality inspection powder coating process, the color, luminosity, and texture correspond to the guest's color card. After the surface treatment, it should be checked and ensure that the surface of the aluminum panel is not exposed, no black spots, no orange peel, no fingerprints, etc.

 

Anticollision Railing

Yishang is also skillful in tube rounding technology for steel cabinet. Material: 20mm diameter 304 stainless steel round tube. Surface treatment: drawing, pay attention to drawing neat, uniform depth. Process: adopt core-pulling bending tube, avoid bending tube to cause radian wrinkles. Function: prevent foreign vehicles or objects from hitting the shell.
