1. Cutting
High-end products: we can use high precision laser cutting machine, there is no cloak and burr.
Middle-end products:we can use CNC punch or CNC cutting machine. Suitable for large quantity and not high requirements sheet metal working products.
2. Forming
Precision CNC bending machine is used for production, to ensure the product angle is correct and assembly seamless, flat, the hole position is correct.
The welding fusion is smooth, so no need to grind.
Riveting
1. Assure the flatness of the steel plate surface.
2. Assure the perpendicularity of the rivet and steel surface.
3. Assure the fastness of the rivet and the rivet won't be loose.
Countersunk
1. The countersunk must be round.
2. The diameter of the countersunk is 1mm bigger than the screw head diameter.
3. The countersunk must be no burrs on the surface.

About Packagingb
1) Plastic bag: PO, PE, PVC, Shrinkfilm, LDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc. We mainly use PO and PE bags.
2) Foam: common thickness is 30mm, you can also choose 10mm, 20mm or above 30mm according to the needs, the recommended thickness is not more than 50mm.
3) Corrugated carton: Commonly it has three, five and seven layers. Generally, 5 layers are recommended for custom sheet metal fabrication products, and 7 layers are recommended for large and heavy custom sheet metal products.
