Product Details

Material opening: The product is made of 2.0mm thick cold-rolled steel plate and precision laser cutting machine. Advantages: Laser cutting machine can not only cut any graphics on the surface of any raw material such as plate and pipe without opening mould. It can also be used for product engraving. High cutting precision (+-0.1mm), small cutting burr.
Molding: We use precision CNC bending machine 2.0mm thick cold rolled steel plate for bending. Quality inspection requirements: length, width (within + -20C, Angle (within + -50C). Surface does not scratch, do not crush, not shadow. The assembly is seamless and straight, and the holes are consistent.
Surface treatment: This product is chosen in blue. The customer can choose the appropriate color models from international Pantone and RAL color CARDS.
