Product Details

The main body of the sheet metal frame is made by the combination of the square tube and plate.

Welding nuts inside the pipe, the outside of the pipe must be polished to keep the welded place flat with the pipe.

Weld metal nuts in the tube for easy installation. Depending on the actual needs, M5 or M6 nuts.

 

 

The quality standard of polishing:
1. The plane is smooth enough, no shadow, no holes, no gaps, no seams.
2. The inner angle follows the drawing standard.
3. The outer corner surface needs to polish the angle.
