	The pre-process is made by CNC punching machine and bending machine. The bending forming assembly is 100% QC to ensure the angle of the product, the components are assembled seamlessly and straightly, and the holes are consistent.
	Welding: First confirm that the dimensions of the welded components match the drawing. The corners of the components are flat and vertical, the diagonals are consistent, and the holes, angles, etc. cannot be offset or deformed as a whole. This workpiece is welded by argon arc spot welding, which requires fine and strong surface, no shadow on the surface, and no deviation.
	After the argon arc welding, the surface of the product is polished. Different workpieces are made using different sizes of grinding machines.
	After the polishing quality inspection requirements: the plane is smooth enough, no shadow, no holes, no gaps, no seams, internal angles and drawings, and the outer corners are at right angles to the surface. Grind the vertical edge straight enough, there is no hole and notch after grinding, the grinding edge can not exceed 20 mm.
	As shown in the figure, the back side of the "ribs" to prevent deformation is welded.
	The function of the "reinforcing ribs" is to prevent the base of the display frame from being deformed due to the lack of support on both sides. Soldering on the back of the base will not show up and will be 100% aesthetically pleasing.
