After cutting material of wire, the required shape is bent according to the drawing standard.


Two round small pieces with the same diameter as the magnet are welded to the two ends of the round support.

Quality standard of wire cnc bending: 
1. The angle tolerance is within 50c. 
2. The length and width tolerance are within 20c. 
3. The surface must be no nick, indentation or shadow.
