Cutting For high-class metal hinges, we will use a precision laser cutting machine. The products won't have burrs and mechanical deformation. The cutting quality is the best. For normal metal hinges, we will use a CNC stamping machine or CNC shearing machine. The products will have some burrs, the quality is not the same as a laser cutting machine. |

Bending We use a precise CNC bending machine to ensure that the angles are the same as drawings, the product is seamless and straight when installing, and the position of the hole are correct. |

Welding Cold rolled steel material: Carbon dioxide welding, using 0.8-1.2mm copper plated wire. In the use of carbon dioxide welding to maintain the current to be large, slightly slow welding can achieve the desired thickness and width. Stainless steel material: DC argon arc welding with 0.8-1.2mm stainless steel wire. Welding remarks: The melting degree is up to 100% (steel current 35-50v, iron current 40-50v), and the welding diameter is required to be 5mmx5mm (reaching the acceptance standard of large projects). |
