Bending quality standard:
 

CNC Bending:the metal shell is bent by a CNC bending

machine,Angle (within +-50c)

length and width (within +-20c)
 

Quality inspection requirements:

No scratches, no crushing on the surface,no shadow, seamless assembly of components,Straight and consistent hole positions.

Welding quality standard:

Argon arc welding is used to weld 1.0mm iron round tube, the current is controlled at 80-140A.

 

Quality inspection requirements:

The welding seam lines are consistent and firm, and the welding surface has no welding shadow and the position is not deciation.
