Process: This workpiece is the bottom of a medium-sized metal cabinet. The process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, spot and densely welding, grinding and powder coating.
Reinforcement bar: When the equipment in the cabinet is heavy, the reinforcement bar must be welded at the bottom first and then weld the plate to increase the load-bearing capacity of the bottom
