CNC bending: angle tolerance within + -0.5mm. The length and width tolerances are controlled within + -0.2mm. The surface of the product is not scratched, not crushed, and cannot be affected. When assembled, the components are seamless, straight and match the holes.
Ventilation holes are produced by stamping. The "louver" form is not only beautiful, but also ensures that the ventilation rate is within the parameter value required by the customer.
Strict quality inspection: use the meter ruler, electronic ruler, angle ruler to scale the corresponding position to ensure that the size is consistent with the drawings.
Welding: The size matches the drawing. The corners are flat and straight. Diagonal matches. Dimensions, diagonals, angles, holes, etc. do not move or deform as a whole. The surface is not affected, and the inner corners follow the standard.

Package and Transportation

The package method of the metal enclosure is that whtie foam, plastic bag and export KAA carton which can protect the products from damage.
