Galvanization is divided into color zinc plating, white zinc plating, blue zinc plating, and black zinc plating. This sheet metal is treated with color zinc plating.

Hinge production:
Custom-made by CNC lathe, high-strength hinge, anti-loosening design, the door panel will not be affected by the normal opening of the door.

Installation holes:
Installation hole types: square hole, oval hole (with photos)
Size: holes of different sizes can be customized according to drawings and requirements.

Welding:
Cold-rolled plate: carbon dioxide welding, using 0.8-1.2mm copper-plated welding wire.
Welding: The melting degree reaches 100% (steel current 35-50V, iron current 40-50V) requires a welding diameter of 5mmx5mm (to meet the acceptance criteria for large projects).


Notes for welding:
When using carbon dioxide welding, the current must be kept large, and the welding method can be slower to achieve the desired thickness and width.
Grinding: No grinding is required, welding is smooth.

A: We are direct factory with experienced engineers and employees as well as approximate 5,000 square meters workshop area.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely

Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
