The movable support frame is the main body of the whole metal netwrok cabinet. Current load-bearing capacity is about 100kg.
Top Cover:
We adopt rectangular heat dissipation holes, which are distributed around the entire roof, so that the heat dissipation of the metal network cabinet is even.
The top cover can be removed at will and fixed with screws. The number of cooling holes can be cut or stamped according to your requirements.

Front Panel:
We adopt precise laser cutting and precise CNC bending to form the front panel. 1) The four big holes in the front panel are used to place the devices. 2) The 3 small sqaure holes which in the middle of the front panel are the power connect holes, the hole size is 12mm. The surface of these holes are treated with anti-static spraying to ensure no electricity conduction when the power supply passes through. The bottom of the two side panels have 2 rows long cooling holes, power output and input holes. The hole position and size can be customized according to the metal control cabinet shape and your device size. The two side panels can be assembled and disassembled at will according to the requirements. When you need to install the device in the control cabinet, you can remove the side panels by unscrewing the thumb screws, which is convenient and fast to install. |
Door Panel:
We adopt 1.0mm thickness cold-rolled steel plate. You can also choose the following thickness: 0.8mm and 1.2mm.
The door is 100mm away from the ground, make sure that it is flexsible and smooth when opening and closing.
Three active metal hinges are used for the door, can be four hinges for the large server rack.
Door Lock:
We can customize different sizes of holes according to different types of door locks.
The popular door lock for the server rack, network cabinet, distribution cabinet and control cabinet is bouncing lock. You can use the roll tongue lock.
Inner Adjustment Slots:
There are adjustment slots and M5 rivet nuts on both sides of the metal distribution cabinet. The dense 25mm pitch screw holes ensure the flexibility and versatility of the inner shelves installation, and it is convenient to adjust the distance of the inner shelves according to different equipment height.
Inner shelves :
The inner shelves are made with 1.0mm thickness cold rolled steel. Each shelf can be installed onto the adjustment slot holes by using the screws. The load bearing of each shelf is about 25kg.
Accessories:
Casters: 2 with brake and 2 without brake universal casters. We suggest to add casters or adjustable feet for the distribution cabinet if you need.
Thumb screws: 4 pieces.
Phillips screws: number of screws as required.

A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely,the freight is paid by the customer.

Q10: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
