Molding: through the precision CNC bending machine has been shaped plate bending molding.

Quality control requirements:
Angle (within +-50c);
Length and width (within +-20c);
The surface does not scratch, does not crush, does not shadow;
The assembly is seamless, flat, and the holes match.

Welding: for 1.0mm cold plate low carbon steel material, we use manual argon arc welding for processing.

We choose spot welding for small products with low requirements.

When welding, a cylindrical electrode is used to form a welding spot between the contact surfaces of two lap pieces.

Quality control requirements: fine and strong, the surface does not shadow, unbiased.

Polishing: by polishing on the welded surface of the product, grinding away the weld marks on the surface of the product.

Surface treatment:
