Production Process

1. Laser cutting: the base and the round pipe are made of precision laser cutting, conventional cutting 0.6mm - 10mm thick plate.

2. CNC lathing: the internal pipe connection parts are turned by high precision CNC lathe, can lock the pipe more vertically and firmly.

3. Welding: using the customized positioning mold to weld screws and auto pipe connection parts to ensure that the screws are not crooked and keep vertical when installing and splicing.

4. Installation: screw butt tightening, and then install on the base.100% quality inspection to ensure that all products can be used directly when customers receive them. Reduce unnecessary trouble.

Pipe Connection

1. Design: we provide 2 - 3 reasonable solutions to the customer for confirmation within 3 hours according to the customer's requirements, and change the pipe to piecewise connection.

2. Purpose: to save the cost of packaging and freight.

3. Difficulty: to ensure that the pipes are vertical when the two pipes are joined together. It is very important to weld the screws vertically.

4. Connection fitting: the connection fitting is made by cnc lathing technology.

5. Connection Screw: the screw is made of stainless steel, size is M5 * 10mm.
It can be also used galvanized screw.

6. Drain hole: before powder coating, the pipe will be pickling and phosphating.
These two holes are used to drain the acidic water, prevent the pipe end to be rusty.

 

Surface treatment:

First white powder coating treatment, then silver painting treatment. Suggested colors are selected via the pantone color card.
