The material of this product is made of cold-rolled plate and iron square tube.

The main process is precision CNC stamping, CNC bending machine, welding, product surface treatment.

Iron box: our company adopts 1mm tube wall thickness, which can be selected between 0.8mm and 1.2mm.

Iron box: according to the requirements of CAD drawings, the laser cutting machine is used to cut into the specified size and then carbon dioxide argon arc welding, welding molding.

Function of box: used as internal support for fixed white panel.

 

Iron plate: our company adopts cold rolled steel plate with 1mm wall thickness, which can be selected between 0.8 mm and 2.0mm.

Square hole: using precision CNC punch press to punch into a plane shape. This hole is used as: display window.

Quality control requirements: Confirm the size of the first sample with CAD picture, the hole distance tolerance is within 10c.
Continue to work after confirming the first sample.

The panel is formed by CNC bending machine.
Quality control requirements:

Length, and width (within +-20c);
