Laser cutting service
For general metal stamping parts, we will use a precision laser cutting machine. The products won't have burrs and mechanical deformation. The cutting quality is the best.
For normal metal hinges, we will use a CNC stamping machine or CNC shearing machine. The products will have some burrs, the quality is not the same as a laser cutting machine.
Bending
We use a precise CNC bending machine to ensure that the angles are the same as drawings, the product is seamless and straight when installing, and the position of the hole are correct.
Packaging
packed in cartons inside,and wooden case outside.
