Product Description

This is a metal housing for LED lamp test instrument produced for a customer from Canada. The customer required that the instrument housing structure is not deformed, and each part is spliced accurately, otherwise the electronic parts are difficult to fit into the housing. We make full use of our laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine, various welding machines and other machinery and 22 years of technical experience to produce this metal instrument housing.


Before the production, our technical team found that the drawing provided by the customer was unreasonable and suggested that the customer modify them. In production, the management team and the technical team conduct repeated quality inspections on the products to ensure that the dimensions and angles of the various components are accurate, the welding is firm, and the components are correctly spliced.

Production Process:

Cutting material: High-end products: High-precision laser cutting machine, featuring: no cloak and burr, suitable for high-end equipment casings. Mid-end products: It is recommended to use CNC punching machine and CNC shearing machine for operation. Suitable for large-volume, low-demand equipment enclosures. Molding: It is produced by precision CNC bending machine to ensure the angle of the product and the assembly is seamless and straight. The position matches. Features: No cloak and burrs, suitable for high-end equipment enclosures.

 

Using carbon dioxide welding, a 0.8-1.2mm copper plated wire is used. When using carbon dioxide welding, the current is kept large, and the desired thickness and width can be achieved by a slower method to ensure that the welding of each part is not loose.

Package and Transportation

The package method of the metal enclosures is that whtie foam, plastic bag and export KAA carton which can protect the products from damage.

Each unit packed in one carton, can be printed with buyers' own trademarks. Customization of packing configuration is warmly welcomed.

Each package will be tested for collision to assure it is strong enough and won't have problem during the transportation.
