	The material of this product is made of a cold-rolled plate. The main process is precision CNC stamping, CNC bending machine, laser cutting, welding, product surface treatment.
	Material: Available in the iron plate between 0.8mm-2.0mm. Process: According to the requirements of CAD drawings, use a laser cutting machine to cut into rectangles, then use carbon dioxide argon arc welding, welding forming.
	Quality inspection requirements: 1.Confirm the first sample size with the CAD drawing, and then continue working after confirming the first sample. 2. Hole distance is within + -10c; angle (within + -50c), length and width (within + -20c); 3. The components are assembled seamlessly, straight, and the holes match.
	The conventional colors of surface treatment are black, white, and gray. Customers can choose the appropriate color in the Pantone color card and RAL color card.   Installation: for products qualified by QC, we will assemble and package according to the requirements.    Conventional packaging: foam +PO plastic bags + export carton packaging.
