The previous process uses laser cutting. Quality standard of laser cutting tube: 1. It can cut the square and round tube into random shapes with high precision. 2. It can make sign etching on the product surface. 3. High cutting precision (tolerance is 0.1mm), the cutting burrs is very small. The outer diameter of the A tube is 40 mm. The outer diameter of the B tube is 38 mm. The structure shown in the figure is intended to enhance the overall stability of the product.
Lathing parts welding: Welding between steel pipes is generally performed by DC argon arc welding. In order to ensure the quality of the welding, the purity of argon must be greater than or equal to 99.99% Grinding: After the workpiece is polished, it needs to be smooth and flat, without obvious unevenness, and the depth of sanding can not be greater than 0.1mm.
Welding: This round tube is welded by argon arc welding.  The solder joints are large and strong, and the surface cannot be shadowed, deformed, leaky, and notched.

Plastic bags:

1) Material: can be PO or PE bag.

2) Thickness: usually used 0.03mm - 0.05mm for headphone display.

 

White foam:

1) Density: conventional density: 7kg/m, 8kg/m, 9/m, 10/m, or other density can be selected according to the product.

2) Thickness: conventional 30mm, and the recommended thickness is not more than 50mm.

 

Carton:

1)  Application: generally, A, B and C corrugated cardboard are used for outer packing, B and E corrugated cardboard for middle packing and E corrugated cardboard for small packing.

2) Number of carton tiers: there are 3, 5 and 7 layers in general. It is recommended to use 5 layers for general export products and 7 layers for large and heavy products.
