Metal Folding

Metal bending and folding on our range of press brakes is something we've been doing since the early days, and it's one of the areas where we truly excel.

We've supplied quality metal formed and folded products for a range of industries including marine engineering, shop fitting, railway maintenance and many more.

Our machines feature both manual and CNC control; and our experienced operators are well versed in all metal bending, folding and forming techniques. We can fold sheet metal products with a length of 2 meters to 3 meters for you.

Our first-off and in-process inspection ensures all your products are consistently of the highest quality.

 

Welding Service

Welding is a vital part of our metal fabrication service here at in Yi Shang Company.

We undertake Laser weld, MIG, TIG and Brazing, as well as Stud and Spot welding to suit every requirement, depending on your preference for parameters such as surface finish and price point.

We can weld aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel.

Plates from 1-10mm thickness and tube from 5-80mm diameter can be welded easily, plus bar thickness and angle to your specification.

The fabrication team can work to tolerances from +/-1mm to +/-0.2mm depending on the application, providing exceptional quality and repeatability.

 

Product Parameters

Material	0.8 mm -1.0 mm thickness of stainless steel. (For iron material: 1.0mm - 1.2mm thickness, because it is softer than stainless steel )
	1) 201 stainless steel: suitable for indoor use.
	2) 304 stainless steel: suitable for outdoor or humid place use.
	3) 316 stainless steel: suitable for a coastal place or acidic environment.
Size	Custom size.
Surface Treatment	1) 2B surface: conducive to water release and the surface is durable.
	2) Polished surface: conducive to water release too, but easy to be scratched.
	3) Brushed surface: water is easy to accumulate into the brushed gaps, not durable.
Logo	Silk printing logo and other contents. Why not use laser marking or etching?
	Because laser marking and etching can damage the stainless steel surface. And after a long time, the rain and air will corrode the stainless steel.
