CNC Stamping Processing of Steel Metal Parts
1. Use CAD images to confirm the size of the first sample, with a hole spacing tolerance of within 10c.
2. Continue working after confirming the first sample.
3. There should be no gaps, indentations, or deformations on the surface.
4. The cloth and burrs should not be too large.
(According to the standard of the sample.).
5. The joint should not be loose.
CNC punch machining process requirements:
High demand workpieces and technical standards require the collection of connection points or circular hole edges.
Grind the edges around circular or square holes without using a clock or printing hand.

A: Depending on your specific items, within 3 - 7 days is required generally.

A: We accept 50% as a payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts
with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed an order.
Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending them to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release them to a third party without your permission.

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
