The Top

1. Shape: our company adopts rectangular cube. Rounded cubes can also be used, but the cost is a little higher than that of rectangular cubes.

2. Cover plate: our company does not use the cover plate to seal the top so that the top can be used to place things. Also can use cover board to seal coping, prevent dirt.

3. Advertisement: there are 4 ways (it can be mixed and matched on the top four sides according to actual needs).

1) Screen printing: it can only print simple fonts and patterns, which are easy to fade after a long time.

2) UV printing: logo has three-dimensional effect, can print more complex fonts and patterns, and is not easy to fade.

3) Mount picture: the content of the picture can be freely selected, with strong flexibility.

4) Replaceable advertising: a transparent PVC or transparent acrylic cover can be pasted to replace the advertising cardboard.

Acrylic Boxes

1. Application: each layer of acrylic box can display the same type of goods, and also different types of goods.

2. Acrylic thickness:

1) 1.0mm: low bearing capacity, not recommended.

2) 2.0mm: suitable for light goods, such as chips and snacks

2) 3.0mm: good bearing capacity, able to display heavier commodities such as red wine.

3) above 3.0mm: although the bearing capacity is good, the appearance is bulky and the cost is relatively high.

3. Color:

1) Transparent colorless: high-grade atmosphere, clear inner vision, recommended choice.

2) Transparent color: creative, can choose according to actual needs.

3) Translucent color: the inner vision is not clear, it is not recommended to choose.

4) Opaque color: cannot see inside, do not recommend to choose.

5. Fixed mode:

1) Screw fixation: screws are used to fix the acrylic onto the metal support plate, which is relatively stable.After removing the screws, the acrylic box can be replaced (our company adopts).

2) Glue fixation: use glue to fix, glue bonding traces will be seen, can not easily replace the acrylic box.

Pressure Rolling Bearing

Each layer is equipped with pressure rolling bearing, so each layer can rotate independently. High quality bearings, no noise during rotation, and smooth rotation. Rolling bearing easy to use and maintain, reliable work. The rolling bearing has low friction coefficient, good starting performance and high bearing capacity at medium speed, so it is recommended for use by our company.

Cabinet

1. Shape:

The bottom is also a cube, but the rounded corner design is used to prevent children from being hurt in falls.You can also use right angles to reduce costs.

2. Application:

It can be used as a small storage cabinet or as an advertisement.

3. Cabinet door:

1) Hinged door: if the items in the cabinet are relatively expensive. For safety, it is recommended to use the hinged door with lock. Type of lock: mailbox lock, bounce lock, rolling lock and hand-pulling lock. Mailbox lock is recommended for routine use (same as picture).

2) Magnetic door: the magnetic door is not suitable for locking, but it is easy to open and beautiful.
