Production Process:

Cutting material: High-end products: High-precision laser cutting machine, featuring: no cloak and burr, suitable for high-end equipment casings. Mid-end products: It is recommended to use a CNC punching machine and CNC shearing machine for operation. Suitable for large-volume, low-demand equipment enclosures. Molding: It is produced by a precision CNC bending machine to ensure the angle of the product and the assembly is seamless and straight. The position matches. Features: No cloak and burrs, suitable for high-end equipment enclosures.

 

During the production process, we will install and test the semi-finished products to ensure that each electronic component can be installed smoothly without any deviation.

 

Fasteners are available with galvanized hex M5 screws or M5 Phillips screws. If you want to hide the screws, use the countersunk screws.

 

Each panel of the entire heater enclosure is in a disassembly mode and can be fastened to the metal frame with the corresponding screws for easy installation and repair.

Package and Transportation
