Yishang Company can provide you with OEM ODM different size electrical control box  fabrication services.

Step 1:
Generally, laser cutting machine is selected to cut the shell of electrical box, and then CNC bending machine is selected to bend the product into semi-finished electrical box.

Step 2:
 In order to save costs, we will choose manual argon arc welding processing services to weld products.
(If you need high standard welding, you can also choose robot arm laser welding processing service for production.)

Step 3: 
Surface treatment of sheet metal stamping parts.

Low cost solution:
Powder spraying treatment can be selected, which is applicable to color. Generally, the color is black and white. Please refer to the international Pantone color card and RAL color card for color selection.
For surface effect, you can choose wrinkle surface, sand surface, semi gloss surface, high gloss surface, etc.

High cost solution:
1. Paint treatment, applicable to single color and color. Refer to the international Pantone color card and RAL color card for color selection.
Surface effect: wrinkle surface, sand surface, semi gloss surface and high gloss surface can be selected.
2. Electroplating treatment: applicable to monochrome and color. Refer to the existing electroplating color card.
