Metal Enclosure
It is made of 1.0 cold rolling, laser cutting, NC bending and argon arc welding.
Round holes and square holes are cut by laser on the front and back.

Powder shelf life:
Indoor powder is 5 years, outdoor powder is 8 years. Different powders can be selected for processing according to product needs.
Customers can provide Pantone and RAL international color card models for us to customize. MOQ: 100kg/box
The validity period of the powder after opening is only 3 months.
Surface quality inspection requirements:
Pre-production semi-finished quality inspection: Before powder coating, it is necessary to check whether the workpiece is damaged or dropped.
The color, gloss and texture of the product are consistent with the customer's color card.
The surface is not exposed, no black spots, no accumulation of powder, no orange peel, no fingerprints.
About Packaging method:
1. Standard export carton packaging
(The product is packaged in independent PO bags, and the carton is built in 4 pieces of foam or (pearl cotton) for protection, and it is packaged in a carton for export.)
2. Wooden box and carton packaging (carton built-in: product independent PO bag package + foam or pearl cotton protection)
3. Foam packing.
For special-shaped or heavy-duty products, we use bubble film packaging.
Transportation
The production cycle of the product is 20-25 working days from the next day after the deposit or sample is confirmed.
The speciffic deliery time depends on items and the quantity of your order.
Less than 50kg,you could choose express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT,and EMS.(door to door ,so convenient)
From 50kg to 200kg, you could choose to send by air.( fast and safe, but expensive)
More than 200kg, you may consider to send by sea.(dheapest .but long transit time)
