Metal Box

It is made of 1.0 mm cold rolled plate by laser cutting, NC bending and argon arc welding.
 

The size can be customized according to customer requirements.

Metal panel:

The 1.0mm cold rolled sheet is manufactured by CNC punch and CNC bending machine.

Punching hole distance ± 10C, angle tolerance ± 50c, length tolerance ± 20c.

 

Metal Mesh Frame:

1.0mm iron square tube, ordinary cutting machine, CNC bending, argon arc welding.

The angle tolerance is ± 50c, the length tolerance is ± 20c.

The spot weld is fine and firm, and the surface has no shadow.

About Packaging method:
1. Standard export carton packaging
 (The product is packaged in independent PO bags, and the carton is built in 4 pieces of foam or (pearl cotton) for protection, and it is packaged in a carton for export.)

2. Wooden box and carton packaging (carton built-in: product independent PO bag package + foam or pearl cotton protection)

3. Foam packing.
For special-shaped or heavy-duty products, we use bubble film packaging.


Transportation

The production cycle of the product is 20-25 working days from the next day after the deposit or sample is confirmed.
The speciffic deliery time depends on items and the quantity of your order.
