Cutting material:
Select the # 316 stainless steel sheet and calculate whether the production drawings are consistent with the selected materials. A metal cutter is used to cut metal letters.
Features: Cutting accuracy is ±0.1mm, and cutting and cutting burrs are less.

 

Welding nail:
First, check that the size of the laser letter matches the details of the drawing.
When welding metal letters, the surface of the metal letter should be protected with a protective film to prevent the surface from being scratched and then covered by solder. The welding screws on the back of each metal letter shall be thick and strong, and the surface of the welded plate shall be free from shadows, deformation or deflection.

 

Polishing:
Grinding should be carried out according to the quality requirements of the drawings during grinding. When grinding, the grinding wheel should be gripped and the grinding wheel should be kept 5-15° from the working surface. The cycle should not be too strong and the surface will be sunken.
During the grinding process, it is found that there are pores on the surface of the product, and the current image such as slag inclusions and cracks should be repaired in time.
Inspection requirements: There should be no grinding, dents and weld spatters in the sanding position.
