Welding Stud
|
These four studs are welded on the top. Their function is to install and fix other accessories of the machine. You can use M3, M4, M5 or larger studs according to the actual needs. The irregularly-shaped hole is made by laser cutting machine to ensure the accessories can fix together perfectly. |

1. Pressing nut: threre are four M4 nuts pressed into the side plate, their function is to install and fix other accessories, too. 2. Rain cap vents: as shown in the figure, the rain cap vents are formed inward. The rain cap vents can be formed outward, too. Purpose: heat dissipation, ventilation, prevent rainwater infiltration into the metal case. For indoor electronics enclosure, the vents can be oval or rectangular shapes that without rain cap. |

Assembly Structure
|
The inside shelf is used the spot welding to fix. If you hope that the shelf is adjustable, we can use the fasteners to adjust the shelf position.
The metal case is separated into two parts, the purpose is to let the buyer install the accessories into the metal case more conveniently. After using the screws to install the two parts, then they will form into a case. |
The package method of the sheet metal box is that
white foam, plastic bag, and export KAA carton which can protect the products from damage.
Each unit packed in one carton can be printed with buyers' own trademarks.
The customization of the packing configuration is warmly welcomed.
