Cutting and forming:
Cutting with a laser cutting machine and then bending into a precision CNC bending machine.

Welding:

This round tube is welded by argon arc welding.

Welding positioning:
According to the structure of the product, a suitable positioning fixture is specially selected for positioning welding.

Welding standard:
The solder joint is large and strong, the surface can not be shadowed, deformed, leaked and notched.

 

Grinding standard:

After the workpiece is polished, it needs to be smooth and flat, no obvious unevenness, and the depth of the sanding should not be greater than 0.1mm.

The R-shaped part must be used to measure whether each polished R is consistent with the sample.
