Material	The sheet metal enlcosure can be iron (0.7-1.0mm), stainless steel (0.6-1.0mm), aluminum (0.8-1.0mm)  or galvanized steel (0.7-1.0mm).
Size	The sheet metal case shown in the picture is 250 * 230 * 400mm.  We can produce according to your size.

Product Details

These four studs are welded on the top. Their function is to install and fix other accessories of the machine.

You can use M3, M4, M5 or larger studs according to the actual needs.

The irregularly-shaped hole is made by laser cutting machine to ensure the accessories can fix together perfectly.

 

Rain cap vents: as shown in the figure, the rain cap vents are formed inward. The rain cap vents can be formed outward, too. 

Purpose: heat dissipation, ventilation, prevent rainwater infiltration into the metal case.

For indoor electronics enclosure, the vents can be oval or rectangular shapes that without rain cap.

Packaging & Shipping

About Packaging method:
1. Standard export carton packaging
 (The product is packaged in independent PO bags, and the carton is built in 4 pieces of foam or (pearl cotton) for protection, and it is packaged in a carton for export.)

2. Wooden box and carton packaging (carton built-in: product independent PO bag package + foam or pearl cotton protection)

3. Foam packing.
For special-shaped or heavy-duty products, we use bubble film packaging.


Transportation

The production cycle of the product is 20-25 working days from the next day after the deposit or sample is confirmed.
The speciffic deliery time depends on items and the quantity of your order.

 

Less than  50kg,you could choose express, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT,and EMS.(door to door ,so convenient)
From 50kg to 200kg, you could choose to  send by air.( fast and safe, but expensive)

More than 200kg, you may consider to send by sea.(dheapest .but long transit time)
