Metal bending stamping parts
1.0 mm cold-rolled steel plate is used for bending and forming with CNC Press brake.
Quality inspection requirements: When assembling components, they should be seamless, straight, and the hole positions should match.
The bent formed surface shall not be scratched, crushed, or have any shadows.
Grinding sheet metal, hardware, stamping and welding parts
We will polish the welded products.
Grinding requirements:
1. Thin and strong, the surface has no shadow, not biased
2. The inner angle follows drawing standard
3. The outer corner surface needs to polarize the angle
4. Straight edge is straight enough, no holes, no gaps

A: Depends on your specific items, within 3 - 7 days is required generally.

A: We accept 50% as payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
