Material selection: High-quality cold-rolled steel sheet. You can also choose the stainless steel and galvanized steel.
Material thickness: Cold rolled steel and galvanized steel are conventionally selected from 0.8 mm to 1.2 mm. The stainless steel plate is generally used 0.7 mm -1.0 mm.
Surface treatment: This control cabinet is treated with a matte black electrostatic powder coating. We can select the appropriate surface effect by material classification. Iron & galvanized sheet: Suitable for electrostatic spraying or painting, suitable for a moderate price and strong anti-corrosion ability. The surface effects of stainless steel raw materials are: 2B, brushed, mirrored. Mid-range products: cost savings can directly retain the brushed or mirror effect. High-end products: You can choose to use the 2B surface for electrostatic spraying or painting.
Color: Black or white is usually used. Other colors can be supplied to us in the Pantone and RAL color cards.
Top cover: Elliptical vents are used. The top cover is stamped and formed by CNC punching. You can choose round, rectangular, square and other shapes.
