Cutting molding: laser cutting and cutting, CNC bending machine bending and forming. advantage: 1 laser cutting: cutting accuracy is ±0.1mm, fewer burrs, easy to bend. 2 CNC bending: After bending, the product components are assembled seamlessly, the surface is straight and the holes are in line with the hole position. Frim construction: Joining individual workpieces using spot welding and pull-welding techniques. Before welding, the operator must check whether the workpiece is straight. When welding, fix the workpiece to the correct position. After welding, check whether there is a seam at the weld and whether the surface is shadowed to ensure a firm structure.
Hinged door: The hinge thickness of the common cabinet door can be 1mm-2mm, and the hinge thickness of the large cabinet door can be 3mm-5mm or customized. The door lock is conventionally used with a bouncing lock, and a letter box lock can also be used.
Finished product installation: The molded product after the powder is finished is tested and installed. The entire cabinet adopts a frame structure, and the cabinet panel is fixed by screws around. Simple and fast, it is easy for customers to install on-site.
