Product Description

The metal water tubes in the picture are used in the microcomputer heating control case.

The welding of the shunt tube requires the use of the pull welding method and the carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, so that the shunt tube and the main pipe are firmly connected.

For pull welding, the quality standard:

1. The degree of melting reaches 100% (steel current 35-50V, iron current 40-50V).
2. The front and back, left and right of the welding shape are straight and small.
3. No holes, no gaps, no shadow, no deformation, no bubbles.
