The black electrical casing is made of cold-rolled steel plate using CNC bending and argon arc welding.
From the left image, the entire metal shell is divided into two parts: a cover and a bottom plate.
The metal cover is equipped with rectangular strip ventilation holes for easy ventilation and heat dissipation of the box.
The base plate is fixed to the metal cover with screws.
The surface of the box adopts screen printing technology to print the product logo.
Red Control Panel Enclosrue Box
Made of 201 stainless steel plate using laser cutting and argon arc welding.
The entire metal control box is fixed with cross head screws.
As can be seen from the pictures, this control panel box adopts a sloping design, which is simple and efficient.
Laser cutting is used on the side to cut installation holes of different shapes.
The top logo is laser cut and engraved with the brand logo.
The inclined surface is printed with silk screen slogans.

Blue industrial electronic distribution box
Material: This blue small power distribution box is made of galvanized sheet using CNC punching machine and argon arc welding.
The box is divided into two parts, the top cover and the bottom plate.
Top cover: Laser cutting machines are used on both sides to cut heat dissipation holes, which is simple and beautiful.
Bottom plate: There are 3 circular outlets and installation holes on the right side.

A: Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days is required generally.

A: We accept 50% as payment deposit when the goods are done, we take photos for your check and you then pay the balance.

A: We will deliver goods through international freight forwarders such as DHL UPS or federal.

Q7: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions.

Q8: Can we get some samples before mass production?
A: Absolutely,the freight is paid by the customer.
We can confirm the first sample of the product by video, email or express before mass production
Q9: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to the third party without your permission.
Q10: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with pictures or videos which show the machining progress.
