1. Rapid Prototypes
We can set up the proofing area specially for rapid proofing in sheet metal, machining and stamping. the proofing materials are steel. Stainless steel, aluminum galvanized sheet, carbon steel and so on.
Usually, the manufacturing time of semi-finished protoembryo workpiece is about 3-4 days, and the surface treatment time is about 1 - 2 days.
The express delivery time is about 5 - 7 days. (the transportation fee and delivery time depend on the transportation route you choose)
Assembly services:
Customers can choose our company for finished product assembly services.
We will send assembly video to customers for confirmation before shipment.
Make sure the product reaches the customer and can be used immediately.
Surface treatment test:
1.The type of spraying, such as powder spraying or spray painting, and whether the color is consistent with the drawing requirements and the color plate confirmed by the customer, manufacturer and supplier.
2.The spraying surface of the product shall be inspected 100% according to the standard.
3.Appearance defects: shrinkage, pinholes, impurity spots, bottom leakage, obvious uneven coating thickness, tears, poor pretreatment, rust, stain, unsmooth, uneven surface, orange peel, flower spots and pits.
Inspection method: scratch method, salt spray test and high-altitude drop test.
The surface of the reworked products will be treated by our company.
If they are particularly serious, they will be remade.
Ensure that customers receive qualified and satisfactory products.

A. Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts

Q9. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
